This charmingly adapted attic efficiency apartment features wall-to-wall carpet, an individual heat pump system, and a full kitchen and bath. The spacious main room includes several dormers with their attendant galleries. Laundry Facilities are located next door.
There is one reserved, off-street parking space included in the rent.

A $230 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, water/sewer, gas, electricity and trash collection. Resident is responsible for cable (if desired).

A $450 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per unit.
