A $185 monthly utility fee will be charged for Internet, Trash, Water/Sewer, and Gas (Hot water & cooking)
Resident connects and is responsible for electricity, gas (heat), and cable (if desired).

A $600 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $500 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the unit. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
