A $240 monthly utility fee will be charged for fiber optic internet, water/sewer, and trash collection. Resident is responsible for electricity and cable (if desired).

A $900 non-refundable restoration fee will be due upon the lease start date. A $1,000 security deposit is due within 30 days of signing.

A one-time $395 non-refundable pet fee will be charged. We allow up to one dog, or two cats per.
